JOB DESCRIPTION
- Speak with customers, review logs, replicate issues in the platform itself, and package this all so engineering can fix them
- Tickets are not repeated questions with scripted answers.
- Work independently and manage your time to work across multiple complex customer tickets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years experience working with mobile applications and SaaS-based software companies
- Experience working with any support ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or othersNon-Native Candidates – Can start without the need of Working Visa
- Can speak English and Japanese/ N1 or N2 Passers
- Preferably with BPO or Call Center experience
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC Taguig
- Amenable to work in a Nightshift/Graveyard schedule
- Can start as soon as possible
