Job Description
Sourcing candidates using different channels
Selecting potential candidates by paper screening
Conducting interview via Skype, mobile or face to face
Selecting qualified candidates on job order
Qualifications
- College degree, preferably in Behavioral Sciences
- Open for fresh graduates ( Filipino Chinese)
- Management/Business Administration, Governance, Corporate Planning, Computer Science, or any related degree. –
- Post graduate study is not required but preferred. –
- Experience minimum of 0-1 year work experience –
- Excellent communication (oral and written), Presentation, Coordination, – Time Management and Organization,
- Project Management, Stakeholder Management. – above average level of work
- Can speak Mandarin and English fluently
