Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in creating Quality standard
- Assist Assistant Manager/Manager in managing QA team daily tasks/activities
- Assists to evaluate or bring in open source tools and technologies to solve problems
- Assist in Training/Coaching QA Team
- Assist in Project/Task tracking
- Execute test when necessary
- Participate in Hiring Process
- Initiate and Implement Improvements
- Send status report regularly
Qualifications
- Required to live in Manila, Philippines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- At least 10 year(s) hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Excellent soft skills such as reporting, communication etc.
- Experience in consistently delivering against agreed timelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and good attention to detail
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Knowledgeable on QA/ Software Testing
- Has knowledge and/or experience in API testing
