Key Responsibilities
- Application of stop sales and free sales into the database system upon receipt from the hotel or Contract Manager. Ensure that the database is updated accurately and within the required service level / timeline in line with the company’s SOPs.
- Load supplier contracts as per the information provided by the contracting team and within the required service level / timeline in line with the company’s SOPs.
- Load updates, promotions/special offers as per the information provided by the contracting team and within the required service level / timeline in line with the company’s SOPs.
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s):
- Above average English communication skills (verbal and written) Portuguese
- Previous travel or data entry work experience is an advantage
- Attention to detail and accuracy
