Job Description

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information and feedback about the company’s products.

• Have the patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Can learn about products and services and describe/ explain them to the customer.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Can work independently, highly motivated and detail oriented.
• Able to work collaboratively with others.Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
• Adaptable to flexible schedules based on business needs.
• Able to speak and write fluently in English, Mandarin, and Malay
