Salary: 60,000 to 90,000

Qualifications
● Must be a College Graduate (diploma, certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree in any field)
● Good reading, spoken and written proficiency of both Mandarin and English is a must
● Background in BPO or Shared Services Industry is preferred but not required
● Comfortable in using computer systems and Microsoft Office
● Proactive, Team Player, Problem Solver
● Good communication skills
● Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
● Customer service-oriented and well-organized
