Job Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to grow the business by increasing new sangla, forex peso purchase  volume,  and  all  auxiliary  services  of  the  branch  where  he/she  is  assigned  to,  while delivering  the  best  customer  experience  in  the  pawnshop  industry  through  Pera  Center  value proposition.  He  or  She  is  also  responsible  for  carrying  out  CVM’s  standard  branch  operating procedures and guidelines at all times.
