Japanese IT Support – BGC Taguig

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Speak with customers, review logs, replicate issues in the platform itself, and package this all so engineering can fix them
  • Tickets are not repeated questions with scripted answers.
  • Work independently and manage your time to work across multiple complex customer tickets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5  years experience working with mobile applications and SaaS-based software companies
  • Experience working with any support ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or othersNon-Native Candidates – Can start without the need of Working Visa
  • Can speak English and Japanese/ N1 or N2 Passers
  • Preferably with BPO or Call Center experience
  • Amenable to work onsite in BGC Taguig
  • Amenable to work in a Nightshift/Graveyard schedule
  • Can start as soon as possible
