Japanese Bilingual SAP Trainee

Role Summary
Has some experience using ERP products particularly in finance and accounting.
Has some experience in accounting and finance as a bilingual resource.
Will be a client facing role once training is complete.
Undergo extensive training in SAP to be client facing ready.
After Undergoing Training
Configuring customized ERP solutions.
System integration between ERP and peripheral(existing) systems.
Design and execute System Integration Tests(SIT) and support User Acceptance Test(UAT).
Providing ERP end-user training and technical support.
Creating ERP implementing specification.
Monitoring and managing ERP implementation progress.
Supporting Master data (Customer, Supplier, Products, Material) creation.
Supporting Developer teams when needed regarding user requirement and function customization
Reporting project statuses.
Ensure a successful project implementation for the clients.
Translating business documents where applicable.
Performing other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance and accounting or any related field.
Having experience in ERP Consultation or at least 2 years' experience in the related business fields such as Finance Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing.
Willing to be trained in SAP.
Excellent Japanese language communication skills in both speaking and writing (if not a native speaker, must have passed N2 level JLPT).
Good English communication skills in both speaking and writing.
Good Microsoft office skill.
Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork player.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
