- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and banned account inquiry
- Managing callers, repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions
- An unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships and resolve complex issues
- Strategic-relationship and partnership-building skills—listen attentively and solve problems creatively
Qualifications

- With or with experience
- Open for local and ex-pats
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule ( Nightshift and morning shift)
- BPO Industry / Online gaming industry
Salary ranges from P60,000-120,00 depending on your profile
