JOB DESCRIPTION

Mandarin Speaker will be responsible in performing end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing candidates to on-boarding newly hired employees within approved service level agreement, guidelines, and parameters.

Requirements

Has a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.

Must be a native Chinese with high Mandarin proficiency (both speaking and written)

Has good speaking and written English communication skills

Preferably 1-2 yrs experienced professional in Human Resources, End to End Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing.
