Responsibilities:
Lead a customer integration process
Set up customer configuration and communicate with new clients
Communication with internal development and QA teams regarding requirements clarifications and quality expectations
Reading complex Documents
Track software issues using Jira
Review and analyze system specifications
Reproduce and evaluate Customer reported issues
Ability to handle big number of requests in given amount of time, with high quality and precision
Requirements:
English / chinses with high level of writing and speaking skills
Understanding of the client-server model
Experience with Browser developer tools for investigating browser problems.
Experience of API technologies and troubleshooting
Understanding of HTTP protocol
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Up-to-date technical knowledge, understating of modern software
Desired:
Familiar with software architecture
Experience working with logs (reading, understanding, etc.)
Experience in: REST APIs, web developer tools, Postman, Swagger and etc.
Knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
Understanding of HTML5 & CSS
Understanding of JavaScript (ES 6+)
Knowledge of databases
