Mandarin NOC Translator/Customer Service

Salary: 85,000 PHP

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Candidates having good experience in handling computer networks;
• Candidates should be able to think ahead in order to use special measures
• Candidates should be able to work after procedures;
• Candidates should have good communication skills and problem-solving capabilities in addition to technical knowledge.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Good network diagnostic skills
• Male or Female – 2 Junior level position that can work as client support
• Chinese/Fluent in Mandarin (reading/writing/speaking)
• Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues
• Ability to assess and priorities faults and respond or escalate accordingly
• Good English knowledge
• Willing to be trained and will work with us long term
