Job Description

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and banned account inquiry
• Managing callers, repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions
• An unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships and resolve complex issues
• Strategic-relationship and partnership-building skills—listen attentively and solve problems creatively

Qualifications

• No age limit
• With or with experience
• Open for local and ex-pats
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule ( Nightshift and morning shift)
• BPO Industry / Online gaming industry

Salary ranges from P60,000-120,00 depending on your profile
